SUPER-FROZEN PRODUCTS

Processing Procedure step 1 to 4.

STEP 1 - FLASH-FREEZE

Preserving tuna in a sushi-quality state is now possible using a special technique. Immediately after the fish is caught. It is cleaned and flash frozen to -60 ℃.

STEP 2 - INSPECTION

Always process our inspection on fresh caught fish at -60 ℃, results in superior quality and just-caught taste.

STEP 3 - CUTTING

Processing and cutting within 5 minutes with our advanced cutting equipment at -10 ℃ then we frozen back to -60℃.

STEP 4 - LOGISTIC

Pack and maintain superfrozen of -60 ℃, in every aspect of logistics to keep perfect freshness.
